Outside of Sunday Worship, we offer small groups that keep people connected to one another and to God. Lenten bible study offered Starting February 24, 2026. Join in person or via ZOOM. Bring a meal to enjoy while we learn.
Around the Mitten is a new YouTube series from the North/West Lower Michigan Synod designed to connect congregations across the region. Hosted by Pastor Chris Laughlin (Immanuel, Allegan) and Pastor James Smith (Saron, St. Joseph), each episode highlights a different ministry and offers reflections on upcoming Sunday readings. While rostered ministers are featured, the series is created as a resource for everyone, pastors and lay leaders alike, as we gather around the Word together.
Our first video featured Pastor Sherry McGuffin and her reflection on the readings from Ash Wednesday.

This is a group for those who are in both the LGBTQIA+ community and Christian community. Topics will vary each month, and the group will continue to be led by Pastor Alex. This will be a welcoming and affirming space to fellowship with other LGBTQIA+ Christians.
